A flat course that had its challenges in a humid and breezy afternoon. Registering in the GAA grounds this year was a wise move which allowed everyone to utilize the walk track and sports field for the warm up. Overall a very well organised event and wouldn't be surprised if numbers increased next year.
Good flat course.Very well organised.Nice day.Pity there was a small turnout. This was one of the best for me this year.
I'm afraid a 5KM race on a Sunday at 1pm does not suit a lot of runners , as it takes up a large part of the day .!!!!
I agree with the last comment, I'd be more inclined to do it if it was at 11am.
I thought this was one of the best 5k road races so far this year. It was very well organised, the sportsfield in Banteer is a gem. Well done to Duhallow AC.looking foward to the 5k in Newmarket in December.
