Road races over the next few days...

Just a quick look ahead to some races over the next few days...

Thursday 5th July (8pm)...This evening, there is the Corkbeg 4 mile road race in East Cork. The entry fee is €5

Friday 6th July.......Just a reminder yet again that the Ballinascarthy 10k to the south of Bandon in West Cork has been cancelled due to recent flooding.

Another alternative might be the Glaxosmithkline 5 mile road race in Dungarvan in West Waterford. This race starts at 8pm. The entry fee is €10 and that includes a dry fit top for the first 250 people who register. This is a fast 5 mile course and should attract a good crowd. More information on the Running in Munster website.

Monday 9th July(8pm)...For those looking a bit further ahead, there is the Dromcollogher Festival 4 mile road race in South Co.Limerick. This is a race with a  lot of history and costs €10 to enter. More info on the Running in Munster website. This is the 5th race of 11 in the Ballyhoura Active Race Series.
