What do you mean demanding Anon? It is hilly?

The course has been changed to run the opposite direction which should make it a faster course for everyone

Having run the route last year ( as a 7.30 min/miler), its not really a hilly course. Its 2 loops of 2.5 miles, however the 2nd half of the loop is a slow steady climb, and is testing enough, but nowhere near killing. Its a nice, quiet circuit, totally clear of traffic, and quite enjoyable.
