Very well run race again this year, great base, testing but fair course. Well done all. Mike
Galtee Runners must have said some novenas earlier this week or something, because the weather last night was fab for the race. Clear blue skies, no wind, and perfect conditions. Great evening all around - the usual well marshalled, well stewarded, route, and a great spread of food in the new Leisure Centre afterwards.
PS - did anyone else feel like throwing themselves down on the dumped quilt for a quick rest out around the 3.5 mile mark ??!!
