Reminder...Clonakilty 10 mile & 5k coming up on Sun 30th Aug

The Autumn season of 10 mile and half-marathons is well under way and the next one up is the Clonakilty 10 next Sunday the 30th of August. As well as the 10 mile route, there is also a very flat 5k option.
