The Rebel Run 5k & 10k is coming up on Sunday 22nd October 2023 at MTU Bishopstown in Cork City. The 5k starts at 9.30am with the 10k starting at 9.45am.

🌏 All number pick ups will be held at the MTU Arena

This is a very popular event and is organised by Cork Sports Partnership, MTU Sports Department and Leisureworld.
From Cork Sports Partnership... "The Cork Rebel Run 5km & 10km event will take place on Sunday October 22nd 2023.
The event is organised by Cork Sports Partnership, MTU and Leisureworld Cork and sponsored by Cork County Council and Cork City Council. The event is back on the running calendar for 2023.
The 10km & 5km routes are AAI permitted and officially measured. The event is open to runners and joggers of all fitness levels, and there are also prizes for different categories on the day (10km only).
For both the 10km & 5km routes the courses are suitable for every type of runner. Starting at Munster Technological University taking in the Curraheen Riverwalk & finishing outside the athletics track in MTU which is currently undergoing an upgrade.
Each participant receives a goody bag which includes a special edition t-shirt & water bottle as well as other goodies.
Note for 2023: There is no number pick up available on the morning of the run.
