Going out the lee road is not flat .its got a few hills lol. Should be a good challenge

Is the pathway through car park etc going to make this a messy first km?

No because it will start a nice bit back on the riverside and along the back from the hotel so the only tight spot will be the exit onto Wellington bridge but we have it well marshalled

No it's going to start behind the hotel close to amenity carpark on the waterside so it will not be going through the car park by the time the fast runners get to the foot bridge.
