Hello runningincork,
My thought on "best 5k" is,
Carrigtwohill(Barryscourt) has almost everything. Fun, support, enthusiasm, organisation, food, marshalling, route. All excellent,
one question mark? The start area.
Having said that, I am looking forward to my third shot this year.
Regards, Michae T. Glanmire.

I think Cloyne 5k deserves a mention, well organised, fast course and a lavish spread afterwards. My 4mile vote goes to Ballintotis.
