January 15th 2025: Developing World Class Training Environments ...by Ed Coughlan.
February 12th 2025: Implementing Real World Strength & Conditioning ...by Joe O'Connor.
March 12th 2025: Planning Training and the Coach Athlete Relationship ...by Hayley Harrison.
Each one costs €10 for an adult or €8 for a student. There is a series bundle for €50 and €40 respectively.
Each talk starts at 8pm.
