The Cork County Intermediate and Masters Cross Country Championships were held last Sunday, the 18th of November in what might be described as appalling conditions. After a dry morning, the heavens opened up later to give everyone present a fine soaking on what was a tough hilly course.
Looking through the photos, it seems like an interesting course......more like what a real cross country course should be like as opposed to laps around a farmers field.

What a great course , pity about the weather but it is cross country at the same time . When is the novice and juvenile been held here
The toughest cross country course I have ever completed. Cold, wet, windy, muddy and hilly. Fair play to everyone who completed, not easy at all.
It was real tough cross country and its a race that will live long in the memory. I hope they use the course again sometime.
Great course a proper tough slog sorts the men from the boys. That course and Bandon are hardcore.
Munster Masters next, Dec 2nd, is there a cork county team going?
