For those of you in Dublin, this is the route....

The race starts and finishes on Benson Street near the Quay's. From here, it's out onto Sir John Rogerson's Quay....over Samuel Beckett Bridge...right past the 1km mark and down North Wall Quay as far as the East Link Toll Bridge before the course loops back. Then it's back North Wall Quay...past the 2 km mark....onto Custom House Quay and the 3 km mark......Then past the IFSC and then left over the bridge and then left onto City Quay. From there past Samuel Beckett Bridge....back onto Sir John Rogerson's Quay and onto the 4 km mark. Right onto Forbes Street, left onto Hanover Quay and then around the corner to the 5k mark and the finish on Benson Street. For the 10k run, you repeat the 5k route again.
I'll have a full preview of the Cork route closer to the date for those of you doing it.
