Upcoming Race...Bandon 5 mile - Mon 2nd Jan 2012
This 5 mile race is coming up in the town of Bandon on Monday, the 2nd of January 2012...the first race of the new year!

I've run this race a few times and it's the perfect post-christmas race.Mostly on the flat with a not too steep hill on 2nd mile. Excellent changing & catering facilities at the GAA pavilion. I'd advise all Cork runners to support it.
