I just got word that the Cork UCC 10k will not be going ahead this year. It had been scheduled on the Cork BHAA calendar to go ahead on Sunday the 2nd of April 2023.
The last time this race was held was back in 2019.

I’m assuming it’s because cobh 10m on the same day? Was disappointed when I realised they clashed as wanted to do both. Hopefully ucc will reschedule and I can have my cake and eat it too!!!!
It's my impression that the Cobh race has nothing to do with it and the UCC race is not going ahead this year regardless of date.
