Running Events - Weekend Sat 2nd & Sun 3rd Oct 2021

If you fancy a run somewhere this weekend then there are plenty of events to choose from the calendar.

Saturday 2nd October: First of all, there are loads of 5k parkruns and the one on Bere Island is back again after keeping the first one under wraps last week. In the Déise, the parkrun in Waterford City is restarting this Saturday while the Tramore event is returning the following week. 

Sunday 3rd October: There are three events to choose from. There is a 5k in Tramore Valley Park in Cork City while the IMRA have a trail race the North Cork in the Ballyhouras. Back in the Déise, Waterford AC are holding an open cross country event which anyone can enter. Some of these events are pre-entry only so check the links below if you're interested.
