Shandrum AC 5k its a fantastic course that has a bit of everything.
Killeagh healthy clubs 4mile was very good last year a great course and great spread afterwords👍
Youghal AC 5k was also very good last year with a very fast course and again the all important spread after was top class
Macroom 5K and Carriganimmy 4M
For the day that's in it: Togher 5km. Well run from start to finish, and good value shirt and bag with a good cause thrown in for no small measure.

Bweeng 5k
BWEENG 5k. Route was scenic and fast. Spread of food was best I've seen. Chip timing. Dj at finish. Fantastic community spirit. Plenty parking. Prizes were great even for people not winning. Well organised. Lovely atmosphere throughout the day. Would bet my house on the fact that everyone left Bweeng both full up and happy.
Youghal and Cloyne 5ks are hard to beat. Carrigtwohill 5k was really enjoyable 2. For a pb the marina is excellent.
Conna 5k has the best hill (Mountain)
Plenty of quality to choose from.
Only did Ballintotis last year in the 4 mile so couldn't comment on the rest.
The Bweeng 5k by far. The race was so well organised. The food was unreal. They have a great group going out there.

Macroom 5km and Clon 4 mile
Bweeng 5k and Ballintotis 4mile were my favourites last year. 2 great events
Emer Casey 5km in Youghal, super start to road race season, great reception, great route racing through the historic centre with spectators cheering runners on their laps, attractive prizes, and wonderful spread afterwards. Excellent charity and exemplary community endeavour.

County Masters / Senior 4Mile Race in Castlelyons.
Rathcormac 4 miles road race. Well organised and scenic route.
Duhallow AC Newmarket 5k Classic a race that everyone gets a PB wheter they are elite or just running there first 5k. One of the fastest in the country by far and always great refreshments and prizes
Duhallow A.C. Newmarket Classic 5k. Great race.. very big attendance from nationwide runners. Very fast and very enjoyable for runners looking to improve their time . Superb prizes and Good for runners like myself who need to push myself on a bit. Great atmosphere and many clubs represented as well as individuals ..
Newmarket 5k,fast and flat,will always do a good time,and right before Christmas too.The best way to end the year,and even better with a 5k PB.
duhallow ac 5k road race is one of best in Ireland it has fast course you can see people running and they have great prizes every years and race is well done with people everywhere to help lots food tea coffee and lots spot prizes to love coming every year to it I come down country to run it they make me feel at home up duhallow ac 5k

Duhallow A.C. 5k in Newmarket every December. Fast and flat. Increasing in numbers attending each year! A record number of attendees in 2017.

duhallow 5k road race is best in 2017 they had 298 runners there its fast good I love coming down every year to run it cause its fast couse and they all welcome you to race donie shine always gives me good welcome to there race they have good prizes and they give out lots spots and food I love coming down with my friends to try get better time every year this was best race in 2017 when runners came from Sligo and Kilkenny and lots other places so I love to see duhallow ac win 5k race prize
I am female runner and I like to give 5k award to duhallow ac as they di great job there always giving out great prizes and spots and they always look after the runners with great food and they have fast 5k race in co cork like work donie shine shane browne jerry twomey put in club over 20 years is great they make me feel welcome when I come from city to run in there race keep up good work duhallow ac best 5k round
Newmarket 5K - fast, well organized and road closed which is becoming more uncommon due to busier roads.
Newmarket 5k flat and fast love them iced buns at the end nice race before Christmas too
Ballintotis 4mile
Newmarket 5k great race for a rural town out on the border of Kerry and limerick well done to all involved attracts a field of athletes from all corners
best 5k around is duhallow ac they have fast race and give out lots spots and nice food after it I think they should win best 5k around cork or county donie shine is one kind man will always welcome me to race his helpers jerry twomey and shane browne do great job there every year I love coming down for west to support them as they good club
