Lizzie Lee from Cork wins Clonmel 4 miler on Stephens Day
One of the biggest races in Munster on St.Stephen's Day was the 4 miler in Clonmel, Tipperary with 454 finishers. Quite a number of runners from Cork made the journey to Tipp with Lizzie Lee of Leevale AC winning the women's race in a time of 21 mins 32 secs. Lizzie's last race was when she represented Ireland in the Slovak Republic at the European Cross Country Championships at the start of December.
