The Irish Examiner Cork City Marathon offers concession prices for a variety of personal circumstances. See below for details of how to apply or to see if you are eligible for the 50% discount.
*Concession Fees...Concession fees are offered for anyone who is unwaged and in receipt of benefit. This includes:
Persons on disability pension & dependent spouses
Persons in receipt of carer's allowance.
State pension.
Unemployed persons, persons on disability benefit and dependent spouses.
Lone parents.
Asylum seekers.
Students over 18 in full-time education.
To avail of the concession fees, you must enter using a hard copy of the entry form. A valid proof of your status must be included with your entry form. A photocopy of your benefit slip will suffice. For concession fees for the relay, all members of the team must qualify for concessions.

Remember even if you don't qualify for the concession, prices go up on the 30th of April. Early before then to avail of the cheaper entry.
