We are delighted to announce Derval O'Rourke is coming to Philip's Bookshop, Mallow, next Saturday at 2pm to sign copies of her new book "Food for the Fast lane". This is a beautifully put together book with loads of practical recipes for anybody in training or just looking to be healthier. It would make a great present for Christmas.
