Alan O'Shea of Bantry AC wins the 2010 Dublin Half-Marathon
He ran the 13.1 mile course in a time of 67m 06s which works out as 5m 07s per mile!

Alan led the race from start to finisn and crossed the line looking as fresh as when he had started.His first mile was 4.55 and he ran the first 10 mikes around 50 minutes.Great running.
Well done Alan, I ran this as well, and could see how quick he was going at the turn at end of Chesterfield avenue, very good run to hold a strong pace on a tough finish to this race
