Thanks to the organisers of the Duhallow 10 miler today, in what were difficult weather conditions. I though the event was very well organised, and I enjoyed taking part! The wind was ferocious for the first 5 miles. It did make the back 5 miles a bit easier!
Some run by Aoife Cooke,she had 2 internationals behind her....
Great day yesterday. Really enjoyed it, despite the conditions. Congrats to Duhallow AC on a very well-organised event. Hats off to Aoife Cooke on breaking the course record in very tough conditions.

This was a well organised event and will support again.Great to have another good 10 mile option in the calendar.The conditions made it feel like two separate races....memorable.
