There was a real sense of Spring in the air this morning as 79 runners turned out for this weeks 5k parkrun in the Glen on the north side of Cork City.

The Glen is a nice quiet spot on a Saturday morning for a run. Remember, it's on at 9:30am every Saturday morning and is completely free!
