Pretty poor standard with only nine under thirty minutes. Where are all the club runners?
Cloyne 5k was on Tues. Novartis wed. Marine hill climb Thurs. Conna 5k 2nite. Dublin marathon training in full swing.

Thanks to the almost 200 runners who turned out and honoured the memory Jamie McCarthy the Kinsale international athlete who died in car accident in the U.S. on Valentine's Day.

I was delighted i ran this race last night. It was well organized .and a great course even if it was baking hot. In spite of all the races that were on this week it was still a decent number. So well done to everyone who took part .
