Here we go, final post of a busy week...(Updated 10:30am)
1) Again a reminder.......and the organisers have asked me to really stress this point........you CANNOT transfer your number to any other runner if you are not running! More details in an earlier post HERE
2) Don't forget your race number....stick it on the front of your singlet / t-shirt, nowhere else.
3) Tie the disposable timing chip to your shoe laces. It needs to be down at road level, not in your pocket.
4) Get there early! Get to the car parks by 11:30am and to the start by 1:15pm.
5) If you are thinking about buying some of the Ballycotton '10' merchandise then you can find more info HERE
......and finally here is a video clip from someone who ran the 2009 race to give you a flavour of the big day
Welcome to the Running in Cork blog, home of the Cork running community. This is the largest website in Cork & Munster for news on road races and general running news. Included are a current race calendar, race previews, photos, results as well as some local, national and international news items.
