Who was the guy on the bike coaching the guy in 5th place!!!,in the first mile he hit off one of the other runners and was swinging in front of any other runners around him for the whole race ,it's disgraceful
That may be the truth that everyone has to do every step but as you know yourself how spread out the field can get in a race and having a guy next to you being encouraged isn't ideal especially when the guy on the bike hits off one of the other runners!!!suppose a shoulder back to the cyclist would have solved it😁

Was it a cycling race as well??
Not very safe for the other runners..
Not a very level playing field either racing against someone who is being encouraged on the whole race
To be fair Darragh it wouldn't bother me in the slightest as that person has to run it the same as you, one step at a time.
