Cobh Couch to 5k programme starts Tues 24th Jan 2017
Ballymore Cobh AC are starting their Couch to 5k programme on Tuesday the 24th of January 2017. This would be an ideal way for any beginners in the Cobh area to start running with the help of experienced tutors.
