Notice...Kilcredan 5k road race in East Cork - Fri 20th May 2016

This popular 5 km road race is coming up on Friday evening, the 20th of May at 8pm.

Located near Ballymacoda in East Cork, this one is easy to access from the east via Youghal and from the west via Castlemartyr and Ladysbridge...

The course is in the shape of a triangle and goes in a clockwise direction. It is largely flat or made up of sections with gentle gradients.

There will be showers available to use in the sports field hall changing rooms after the race.
