Reminder...Kinsale 5k Santa Dash - Sun 14th Dec 2014

There are two races coming up on Sunday the 14th of December in Cork. In the city, the BHAA are holding their annual turkey trot where you guess your finish time. No watches allowed.

In Kinsale, there is a new 5k race....the Kinsale 5k Santa Dash.

 This race starts and finishes in the town of Kinsale and never really leaves it. You can see a map of the course with some photos HERE

Part of the proceeds of the race will go towards the Jamie Wall Trust. More info in this previous post.

Pre-Registration Saturday @ Lemon Leaf Restaurant...Pre-registration on the Saturday is highly advisable. Santa’s elves will be on hand in the Lemon Leaf café from 2:00-5:00.

Race HQ & Registration on Sunday...Race HQ Acton’s hotel main ballroom, on the Pier Road.

Changing facilities, special deal with Acton’s hotel €3 for use of swimming pool & showers after the race.
