Weather was almost perfect for this. Slight headwind in places, but couldn't complain. Tough climb at mile 2.
Well organised by Eagle AC as usual - 4 registration desks !!!! ( is that a record ), lots of visible stewards and all of them offering encouragement, and good food afterwards.
Good mornings work at Carrigaline.
Thanks to all.

The encouragement Mary Linehan gave me on the hill around mile 4 was fantastic and definitely gave me a faster time. Thank you. It was very much appreciated. It is really nice when more senior runners are so generous with their expertise, experience, tips, encouragement, etc.

Also thank you to the caterers. The flapjacks were really nice. It was a lovely spread.

Well done to all the organisers. It was a great race.
