Now that the 2012 Bay Run Half-Marathon is coming up on the 6th of May, it's time to get those entries in before the closing date at the end of the month if you are thinking of doing it.
More info in an earlier post or on the race website.
A new feature this year will be the use of pacers and the organisers are looking for people who can run comfortably at a steady pace for the following times.....90 mins, 105 mins and 120 mins (1:30/1:45/2:00). Needless to say, you get a free entry to the event with the dry-fit top, medal, etc.
If you are interested then contact Ronán at info@bayrun.ie
