Just wondering, the race was sold out, they expected 2000+ runners so 25% didn't show up? Is that average?

Aoife Cooke 55mins, some run, must be one of fastest female 10 mile times in Ireland for a while?

As for no-shows, I think it was around 20% for the Ballycotton 10.

Congrats to Mallow AC on another well-organized and enjoyable run. I do this race every year and it never disappoints. Long may the Mallow 10 continue.

This was my first time running Mallow and I really enjoyed it. It right up there with the best of them and I'll definitely be back next year. Well done Mallow AC.

A word of thanks to the 70 min pacers, they were well on top of their game and a great help to the group.

Really enjoyed the race. Will be back next year. One 'opportunity for Improvement' as there called nowadays would be to split the surname registration for 'N-O' as the volume for that queue far exceeded the other surname queues. It led to a 20 minute wait for the number. The 3 volunteers at that table were under too much pressure doing their best while other manned tables had no queues.

What a race so well organised, absolutely fantastic quality T-shirt , great support, great stewarding and a fantastic spread in the hall afterwards.
It is my first time at race where there was no queues for teas/coffees
The whole event was seamless
This is the best 10 miler is Cork hands down
Well done Mallow AC see you next year.
