Results of the 5k parkruns around the county on Saturday 3rd May 2025. Approximately 1,256 runners and walkers took part in the 11 events in Co Cork.
Report... A sunny but cool morning for the 5k parkruns in Co Cork this week.
Ballincollig... Well done to Seán O'Brien who completed his 250th 5k parkrun this weekend!
Sean did 195 of the 250 in Ballincollig, 34 in Macroom, 8 in Tramore Valley Park with the balance spread out over six other locations.
No volunteers, no parkruns. Well done to Aideen Coleman who earned her 100th volunteer credit.
Also in Ballincollig, Pawel Switaj reached the double century milestone! Pawel has done 157 of the 200 5k parkruns in Ballincollig.
Well done as well to Deirdre McDonnell who completed her 100th 5k parkrun this weekend.
