This 8km trail race organised by IMRA is coming up in Kilworth Woods near Fermoy on Wed 5th July 2023 at 8pm. This would suit anyone who can comfortably run 10kms and wants try a trail run.

From the square in the centre of the village, follow yellow Avondhu way-markers and the sign for Ballyporeen (15km). After 1km, turn left into Glensheskin Wood and walk over the bridge into the carpark.
ORGANISERS INSTRUCTIONS: MANDATORY SHOWERPROOF JACKET MUST BE CARRIED/WORN DURING ALL IMRA EVENTS No jacket = no result.
