Congrats to Mallow AC for organising such a fantastic race - stewarding, catering and everything else was flawless (plus everybody was so nice and friendly). Love the 'Buff' too! Looking forward to returning next year.

What can i say just top class from start to finish ,when the right people run a proper race for us the runners, with a solid Pb for good measure.

Ten out of ten on the flawless organisation of a race with tricky conditions on the day ie. Mainly traffic . Great to see the local gardai out with smiles on their faces doing a great job with mallow stewards .
Puts some of the so so called big races to shame for a fraction of the price . Congratulations Mallow AC.

Congratulations to Mallow AC for putting on yet another great club race. You could see that it was organised "By Runners For Runners". Credit also to the all the volunteers, pacers, stewards & local Gardai for a great job. Hats off also to the catering staff for a great spread. Mallow AC should be proud of their achievement.

A great race and so very well organised but a shame to see the usual bunch of headphone wearers ignoring the rule of "No Headphones Allowed" not only putting their own lives at risk but everyone else as well.Do these people drive without insurance ? Why do they run without insurance ?

Great race. Thanks to the two 70 mins pacers without whom i would never had broken 70 and a new pb. Loads of parking nearby. Even a playground near the finish to keep the kids occupied. Lovely day for it too.

Fantastic race, great organisation and a lovely spread after - and all for 15 Euro. Mallow Ac seem to have a great club going with great local support. We'll be back again in 2014.

great race - tks to 90 min pacer - did a great job with very accurate calls on mile markers and where to expect the water stations! just one small suggestion - could the last mile include some markers to indicate the distance left to run? its a long mile and the finish line cannot be seen until you are almost there!
