Happy new year to all the runners out there and a nice way to start the year,nice drag in the middle ,but a good race , any sign of the Newmarket to Kanturk being ran ?
First time doing this run and it was really enjoyable especially when I realized we did not have to climb that" hill "that was in the recent Bandon 10km run !!!
WON f50 category which I didnt realize until I saw on line -results. Where can I claim it ?????

If someone didn't collect your prize for you then I presume you can probably get it off one of the Bandon AC members at a future race if you arrange it in advance.
John , just wondering who's doing the 60 min pacer for Mallow next .
Hi there.
We plan on having 2 x 60 minute pacers for the Mallow 10.
James McIntyre from Finn Valley AC who ran a 2.37 in the Dublin marathon recently and also one of his running mates who ran 2.40 in the same marathon.
If you need any further detail just let me know.
