A huge crowd of 917 runners turned out for this years Cork BHAA John Buckley Sports 5k race in Cork City, up slightly on last year. It's great to see so many runners in what is probably one of the main 5k races in Munster. Certainly, the were plenty of club singlets from Kerry, Limerick and Tipperary mixed in among the Cork ones.

Great night. Well done all
Great evening and weather for race running, it was great to see alot of elite men and women going toe to toe. The only problem was the delay in the start time, suppose to start at 8 but started at 8:15!! Might have to limit the numbers for next year? Anyways, well done JB and BHAA Cork.
I think the delay was related to the crash earlier. A lot of people arrived late and were still queuing to register at 7:55
I did not appear in bhaa results. I'm a registered member and race number was 41. Approx finish time of 31:34. Great evening well done. Kay Birch
