Friday 5th December........Ballycotton 10 limit of 2,500 entries has been reached!!!
Hard to believe it but the limit of 2,500 has been reached already!! The forms just came out last Monday and yet by yesterday evening (Thursday), the limit was reached.

Entries are now ONLY open to club runners, anyone who did one of the Ballycotton Summer Series or is overseas.

Here is a statement from Ballycotton Running Promotions.......
BALLYCOTTON ‘10’ 2009
As the entry limit of 2.500 has now been reached, no further entries can be accepted unless people qualify under one of the headings below:
a) All bona fide AAI (Athletics Ireland) registered club members will be accepted (by post) up to Tuesday December 16th along with any runner who has competed in one of the four 2008 Ballycotton Summer Series 5-mile races.
b) All bona fide overseas entrants (by post) accepted up to Thursday January 8th.
If you do not qualify under the above PLEASE refrain from posting further entries – it only costs time and money for us to return them.
