This 10 mile charity run is coming up on Sunday, the 26th of May in Cill na Martra, West Cork...
Cill na Martra is located just south of the Macroom to Killarney road so this one might be of interest to runners from both Cork and Kerry.

The route for the run certainly isn't flat ;o) but it's on nice quiet country roads...
Anyone familiar with the Cork / Killarney road will know of the Mons Bar...the turn off for Cill na Martra is there...
Registration on Sunday morning from 09:00 to 10:30 sharp at Cill na Martra Gaa grounds in the village
. Male and Female showers and changing rooms at the registration area.

Suicide Aware....
Suicide Aware is a Cork based Voluntary Organisation founded in June 2009 whose aim is to help deal with the issues of depression and suicide in Ireland.
Our Objectives
To set up educational workshops for the purpose of creating public awareness and understanding of mental health, depression and suicide.
To set up relevant community committees which are identifiable in local areas, to act as facilitatory centres for anyone in crisis.
To facilitate training of volunteers in programmes which help identify people at risk of suicide and steps to be taken in these circumstances.
