As courses go, this one is pretty flat and it should be a good one for setting fast times.
Both the 5k and 10k start in the centre of Crosshaven and they are both out and back courses. As you can see from the map, you turn around at about the 2.5km mark for the 5k race and the 5k mark for the 10k race.
