Results of the 5k parkruns around the county on Saturday 30th Sept 2023. Approximately 339 runners and walkers took part in the 9 events in Co Cork.

Notes... Ballincollig was cancelled this week due to flooding, numbers for the other events were down due to the wet weather.

Ballincollig Regional Park: 252 this week, 302 last week. Long term average 285
