This 7km trail race organised by the Munster Mountain Running Association is coming up on Saturday the 9th of February 2019 in Millstreet.
Note that the ascent is 340m so it's certainly more of a challenge than say the recent Corrin Hill race near Fermoy.
You will need to pre-enter if you are interested and IMRA annual membership is required.
