East Cork 3k Winter Series Race (No.4) -The 4th of the 7 East Cork 3km Winter Series races will take place next Tuesday evening, the 19th of December, in Midleton, East Cork. See the map for location and course details.Each race is at 7:30pm every 3rd Tuesday and usually attracts between 50 to 100 runners. The 3 km race consists of three 1 km laps which is very useful if you are trying to judge your pace. As each race is identical and occurs every 3 weeks, it is an excellent way to test your fitness levels, i.e. Are you improving or not? Entry fee on the night is €3.
