Results & Photos of the Cork City Marathon - Sun 2nd June 2019

Conditions were pretty good for this years Cork City Marathon with dry conditions and a strong westerly breeze.

It was great to see Angela McCann return to win the 2019 Marathon, a race she won a good few years back.

Question?? How can a runner finishing in 4th place be left run the whole race with ear phones on and not be warned. Its always been highlighted by organisers but today they ignored it!!!

Earphones were permitted this year,
under the race guidelines there was no issue today.

Earphones are allowed in the cork marathon. They advise not to wear them but they are allowed.
