Sat 9th....There is a 10 km road race in Kenmare in Kerry at 2pm. This is the second year of this particular race and it's one of the very few that take place in the south Kerry region in the year. It also attracted a good few runners from Cork last year as well. Race details and a preview of the course can be found HERE
Sun 10th.....There are a choice of two races on Sunday.
In the Mealagh Valley near Bantry, there is a 10 mile race which starts at 11am. Entry fee €20.
The Cork BHAA will be holding their Janssen 4 mile road race in Little Island to the east of Cork City. Usual €5 for registers runners, €8 for non-reg. Entries at the community hall and it starts at 11am.
