This race in Carrigtwohill in East Cork took place in dull but dry conditions. It had been raining for most of the day, stopped for a few hours in the evening for the race and then started again once it got dark.
Looking at the numbers, they got 456 this year...a 43% increase. Once again, a big increase in numbers.
Results...The results will probably be up on the BHAA website soon. In the meantime, they are available here on a temporary link.
Photos...
2) Jorge Ruiz Villasante has taken another excellent series of photos. They can be seen HERE.

I thought the race last night was great...very well organised, no big delays queueing or anything - eventhough numbers seemed to be high. Refreshments etc afterwards were fantastic too. It was a nice course..not as flat as I had expected though. A very enjoyable evening - thanks to Stryker & BHAA!
Hi, thought was well organised too and the spread very well organised. Just one thing hope the person who needed attention was ok? it's not until the ambulance is needed that you realise how lucky we are that they make sure everyone is ok. All the best. Clare
Yea, I thought you said it was flat John :-). Great race. BHAA are fantastic. I wish there was a way runners could repay all those volunteers somehow.
