The race HQ is in Ballingeary in West Cork with the key locations shown above.

The event starts near Gougane Barra and it's a 5km run back to Ballingeary. In the village, participants transition to bikes where they must cycle to Inchigeelagh and then back along the southern shore of Locha Lua.

Along the way, there's a quick stop for the kayak leg before returning to the cycle section back into Ballingeary. The last 500m or so is on foot again.

A stunning location for any type of sporting event. If you're interested then enter as soon as possible.
