IMRA are holding a 5km trail race in Currabinny Woods near Ringaskiddy on Wed 2nd Aug 2023 with a start time of 7:30pm. This is a good one for anyone wishing to try their first trail race. As with all IMRA events, annual membership costing €10 is required.

GETTING THERE: Currabinny is about 7km east of Carrigaline, south of R613. This beautifully located wooded peninsula overlooks Cork Harbour. It has a lovely network of trails through mixed woodland with fine views across the harbour to Cobh and Crosshaven. Start and finish will be at the main car park area. Parking is quite limited, so car pool if you can.
