Duhallow AC are holding a Couch to 5k programme in Banteer Sportsfield from the 10th of January 2017 on Tuesday and Thurday nights for 6 weeks. This is ideal for complete beginners or for anyone that wants to get fit.
It will cost €5 per nite and start @ 8 o'clock and run for about an hour. This year they will collect the money when you register. Reg will be at the dressing rooms in the pitch at 7 45 on the 10th of January,
