If you haven't seen it already then watch this. The Irish University Athletics Association Track & Field Championships were held in Dublin last weekend. One of the last events was the womens 4 x 400m relay.
Look for the red of UCC. They are way way behind after 3 laps. What a finish by the Cork sprinter Phil Healy of Bandon AC.
It's probably worth pointing out that Michelle Finn had run a sub 10 minute 3000m steeplechase race just three hours earlier but that doesn't take away from the amazing run by Phil Healy who is a 100m/200m specialist.

Who needs the olympics? This was an epic race, well done to all.No way would you get a finish like that at even world or olympic games.Up the rebels! First 3 from Cork?
