Do you know anything about the course for the munster masters?
I don't have any specific info on this race but I'd suspect that they may use the same loop that's used for the 10k race there.

Hi John, the date you have for stride by the tide in Red Barn differs to the Business Houses calendar, could you clarify this please? Thanks for the great work you put in, we'd be lost without this blog!!

The Redbarn beach race has been moved from Tuesday evening to Sunday morning at 11:30am.
Any particular reason that you know of John or was it down to more numbers hoped to attend on the Sunday. Was always a lovely evening race at start of season.
