Notice...Garryvoe 5k road race in East Cork - Thurs 13th Sept 2018

The Garryvoe 5km road race is coming up in East Cork this year on Thursday the 13th of September 2018. Please note that the start time has been changed to 7:30pm.

From the organisers.......Come join us Thursday 13th September for our ALONG THE BLUE & GREEN 5K Road Race/Walk in aid of the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Registration costs €10 and ALL proceeds will go the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin who do such amazing, inspirational work.

Enjoy this super-scenic route along breathtaking Garryvoe Beach and the verdant Coast Road with prizes and refreshments on the night sponsored by the Garryvoe Hotel – Everyone is welcome from runners to walkers/ strollers and dogs (on a lead!). ALONG THE BLUE & GREEN is officially licensed by Athletics Ireland and will be chip timed. Walkers start 6.30pm; Runners start 7.30pm
